Prepare for latex exercises by drawing a minimum of 10 lips shapes on it. Try not to go to take a fast way and do not take latex with ready shapes. Draw thin frames in which you will be working. At the beginning, immediately perform a minimum of 10 lips and look the progress. The task from me is 50 pcs of the lips, you have a maximum of two months to do it. If the technique no longer causes you a problem, you can move on.
